The topic of the notice is the increase of the students in seminars. The male student opposes this idea. He claims that because it is a discussion-based class, 25students per class is too much. Furthermore, they can't get a chance to talk, because there is too much students, and they will suffer while taking the class. Overall, university is hiring part-time teachers, but there is no guerantee that those teachers are qualified to teach, because it is just a part time job, and they will not to their best and just think it is not important for them.
