I am the kind of person who thinks that cell phones should be prohibitted in public. For starters, it is a waste of time. Students are crazy of text message or game when they have cell phone on their hands. It is completely a waste of time. Also, it makes people upset. Some people send text message with bad words or give a tricking phone call and get money. It makes people upset, but there's no way to find the person. Even if they lost a lot of money.
